Hello, my name is Naomi Manson and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Supporting others on their path to healing and growth is a passion I hold deeply and take great pride in. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of mental health settings, including treatment programs for children with cognitive, behavioral, and developmental challenges; outpatient substance abuse treatment for both adolescents and adults; and a transitional housing facility supporting women experiencing crises and homelessness. I have also served in emergency services as a dispatcher for police, fire, and EMS; work that deepened my understanding of trauma and crisis response. As a counselor, I see my role as a guide who walks alongside clients as they explore and work through life’s challenges, fostering growth and empowering change. I specialize in trauma-informed care and incorporate a somatic approach into therapy, emphasizing the vital connection between mind and body. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), both of which I integrate into my practice when appropriate. Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or simply a space to better understand yourself, I am here to walk beside you. It is an honor to hold space for my clients as they uncover deeper self-awareness and build agency and resilience. By cultivating a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment, my hope is to help each client develop the skills and confidence needed to move toward their fullest potential.
